Busy working away on the set, Taylor Momsen was out shooting scenes for “Gossip Girl” in Manhattan, New York on Friday (February 26).
Taking cover from the wet weather under a rainbow-colored umbrella, the Jenny Humphrey actress joined up with co-stars Penn Badgley and Kelly Rutherford at the New York Public Library in Bryant Park.
