Many people do their job but they are not satisfy with their daily work and not make it productive especially the student. I am a student that’s why I mention especially because I notice by myself. And nowadays people most likely to be hang out with their mobile, games on pc and etc. Not Towards Natural Beautiful Things Around Them.

 I am gonna tell you 5 ways by which you can make your day more productive, healthy, and  nature living.

1– Make a habit not to use your phone for 1 hour after you wake up in the morning

Nowadays people when waking up in the morning they firstly search their mobile and start seeing messages, status on what’s app,  Facebook , Instagram, and other social media platforms.

The most important lesson never uses your mobile for about 1 hour after you wake up.When you use your phone just after you wake up your mind gets distracted and you divert yourself from the work you first have to do in morning after waking up. My technique to get rid by mobile in the morning after wake up:-

-You can set wallpaper on your mobile written of “USING PHONE  IS PROHIBITED” or anything you want to set about not using phone.

-You can also use apps like stay away or others.Whenever you want to stay away from your phone just puts hours, minutes in app.You can easily get app on your play store on mobile.

2- Look around outside.

Everybody knows that

The mother earth gives us a beautiful nature around us. But we all people nowadays feel much better sitting in front of television, mobile, and video games.This type of activity makes your day sluggish.

I want to suggest you that you must have to start your day by getting fresh air from nature. You can do the  following things to remove your laziness:-

-When you wake up in the morning get fresh air.

-Most important to go on a walk at least 1 km every day.By walking you feel more energetic all day.

3- Always get a proper meal in the morning.

Always start your day with proper and healthy food.

-Make a habit to drink warm water at the start of the day and at the end of day  before you go to sleep.

-Fruits are must and most essential for every day.

-Milk with banana is very good for our bodies.A Combination of banana and milk made our bones more strong and give us the energy to do our work with full concentration.

-Brown bread, peanut butter, honey is also very good for our health.

4- Meditation is very important.

If you are doing meditation every day you can achieve every goal in your life.But the problem is no one takes serious gesture towards doing a meditation. Meditation is that much power that makes your mind sharper, healthier, and blissful.

Best time and method to do meditation are:

-In my opinion whenever you feel comfortable you can do your meditation session.But most of the expert says the hour before sunrise is more suitable.

-Meditation should be done in proper sitting posture and at a quiet place, an expert says that and it is true.But in my opinion, you can do meditation by sitting on a chair, before you sleep on your bed but this is should be done at peaceful place.Always concentrate on your breath while doing meditation.

5- Always busy yourself into something

From waking up in the morning to the end of the day always try to be get yourself busy into something. I am not saying you that every time you involved yourself into your work or in your study. In free time you can go out for sports which you like to play. Playing outside games make you energies, strong, and healthier. Always keep yourself busy then you never feel laziness, diverted, losing concentration etc. The Best method to utilize time is reading. Many people at night read novels, articles, blogs, magazines by reading you can make your communication skill better. Always keep yourself busy and you can achieve whatever your goal you made into your life.
